LEGO 6346 Shuttle Launching Crew was a 408 piece Town set with 5 minifigs released in 1992. It was also called "Mercury Ii Shuttle Escort" and consists of a semitrailer truck carrying a space shuttle, an escort car, two motorcycles, a satellite, a gripper arm, and five minifigures including an astronaut. 

Fun fact! This set made a cameo appearance in the Tom Cruise film 'The Firm'
