Every product, pre-loved or new is real LEGO®. Our team is constantly checking the LEGO carefully to ensure that it is genuine LEGO and ideally the right vintage for each specific set. If you ever find parts that are non-genuine, please let us know straight away so we can rectify and improve.

Unless otherwise marked, all LEGO sets are new and sealed in box. We ensure we mark any products as pre-loved if they have been used before.

We aren’t perfect, but we are careful and ensure all pre-loved sets are complete. If they are not, we make sure that the level of completeness is highlighted in the product description. If any parts are missing from sets that are certified as complete, please let us know and we will send you the missing parts.

All our minifigures are checked thoroughly for imperfections including fading, cracks, scratches, and smudges. We endeavour to send close to as-new condition figures and should you find any imperfections, please contact us and we will arrange to return and replace, or refund your money if we cannot.

Minifigures may not include their accessories as pictured but we attempt to include if we have in stock.

You must be 18 or older to sell to us. If you are not over 18, bring a parent or guardian with you. We will need to see a Driver’s License or photo ID for all sales.

We purchase or trade for:

• Minifigs
• Complete used sets
• Sealed sets
• Loose bricks

We will pay more for used sets when they are built and complete with minifigures and instructions, but you can still bring us incomplete or partial sets and we will make an offer, but will need to account for our process to certify the sets as complete as we check every set before selling.

We are unable to give quotes for used items over the phone. We must see the items before we make an offer.

We endeavour to make a fair offer for your bricks and minifigs, but will offer much more in store credit that you can use to buy other products in store rather than cash.

Our offer will be based on:

• Popularity of the set or figure
• Cleanliness
• Condition (fading, scratches, dents, and bites)
• Presence of box and manuals

We try to offer a fair percentage of market rate, and offer significantly more as a trade-in value.

Should you wish to get a quick quote, we will need to make an estimate and it may be lower than if we can take time to inspect the LEGO. A better quote can be provided if we can have a few days to evaluate, so consider coming on a weekday or give us some time to review and come back later for payment.
