LEGO 6631 Steam Shovel is a Town Construction set released in 1985, containing 47 pieces and 1 minifigure. It builds a small yellow excavator with an articulated arm and bucket, along with a construction worker. The vehicle includes rolling wheels and simple open-cab styling characteristic of Classic Town designs. The set was also called “Excavator” in some regions.
